The Founder’s Story – Guner Necdet

Born in Turkey in 1972, Guner Necdet’s story is a life journey written with hope, courage and determination.

In the 1970s, like many others, his father was forced to go to France to work in order to provide a better future for his family. Leaving his homeland, his family and the life he was accustomed to behind, he began a difficult life in a new country. He had one sole aim: for his children to grow up in better conditions.

Guner Necdet arrived in France when he was just four years old. As a young child, he stepped into a new country, a new language and a new culture. He grew up in France, completed his education there and learnt the values that shaped his life.

Over the years, he gained significant experience working in various sectors. Whilst he learned values such as work discipline, a commitment to quality and professionalism from French business culture, his heart was always filled with love for the country of his birth.

For him, Turkey is not merely the place where he was born, but also the place where his roots, his identity and his memories lie. For this reason, one thought has always remained in his mind over the years: one day to bring what he has learnt and the experience he has gained back to his own country.

This idea inspired the creation of the ‘Hygiène à la Française’ project. The aim is to bring France’s knowledge and experience in hygiene, quality and professionalism to Turkey and to build a strong bridge between the two cultures.

Today, Hygiène à la Française is not merely a company; it is a symbol of a life story, a journey of migration, and the bond forged between two nations.

A simple, transparent and rigorous process to raise your establishment to French hygiene standards.

Initial Assessment

Our experts will visit your establishment to assess the current hygiene situation and determine the steps required for certification. This preliminary assessment is free of charge.

Sampling & Analysis

Samples are taken from kitchen surfaces, equipment, and food products. Our accredited laboratories perform bacteriological analyses. Results are available within 10-15 business days.

Report & Recommendations

The analysis results are presented in a detailed report. In case of non-conformities, our experts will offer concrete solutions for improvement and support you in their implementation.

Certification

Establishments meeting all the criteria receive the "Hygiène à la française" certification. A sticker with a QR code and a digital certificate are provided.

Continuous Monitoring

During your subscription, regular audits ensure that your hygiene standards are maintained. Annual renewal is required to keep your certification up to date.

Des échantillons sont prélevés sur les surfaces de cuisine, équipements et produits alimentaires. Nos laboratoires accrédités réalisent des analyses bactériologiques. Résultats sous 10-15 jours ouvrés.

Les résultats d'analyse sont présentés dans un rapport détaillé. En cas de non-conformités, nos experts vous proposent des solutions concrètes d'amélioration et vous accompagnent dans leur mise en œuvre.

Les établissements répondant à tous les critères reçoivent la certification "Hygiène à la française". Plaque autocollante avec QR code et certificat numérique vous sont remis.
